4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send your item back before receiving an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
